· The deliverable for Day 1 is the following:
· As a team, create a list of enterprise-level risks that impact an organization that you selected.
· From this list, select three that you will research throughout the residency.
· The deliverable for Day 1 is the outline that includes:
· The identified enterprise risks that you will explore.
· The impact each of these risks can have on the organization – general perspective.
· Description of which team member(s) will work on each aspect of this project.
· An initial list of references your team identified for this project.
· This deliverable is submitted as an MS Word document by one team member. Please ensure the team members and IDs are listed on the title page.
Saturday Assignment (Day 2) – Project Written Paper
· Based on the outline created for Day 1, your team will write a comprehensive paper.

· Based on the outline and written work, your team will create a PPT.
· The PPT will include the following requirements:
· Tile slide
· Slide with team members and IDs.
· Describe the selected organization
· Discuss Risk #1
· Discuss Risk #2
· Discuss Risk #3
· Key takeaways
· Conclusion
· References
· Please note that you will select the team members that will present the PPT to the class.
· The PPT presentation should be between 10-and-15-minutes. A Q&A session will follow and will take no more than 10 minutes. Therefore, each teach is allotted a maximum of 25 minutes for the presentation and Q&A.
· The instructor will grade the presentation via a rubric that will be provided to you in advance.
