Part 3. Respond to the following post in a minimum of 100 words:
“Class, My opinion on a leader and manager is that of what I have formed over years of experience as a SNCO in the military and as a senior level leader in the aerospace industry. I feel leaders are integral to any well function group and often lead by example. are not scared to get their hands dirty and have an intimate connection with their subordinates. Whilst managers on the other hand manage to a strict process and procedural code. Manager can be groomed and made to be effective while leaders are molded by the experience of being put in difficult situations. Managers can lead groups to complete a task effectively but will never really engage the workforce on a personal level. leaders have the charisma and ability to engage from within so the work force is fully vested in the overall goal. In my opinion a leader is the optimal type of management a company wants as they often blur the line between work and life which makes the work environment parts of the employees life” – Danny V.
